Your patient arrives with failing teeth and leaves with a fixed bridge, in one visit. Here is exactly how we do it, and why the digital workflow changes the day for you and for them.
The surgery day

We come to you
We travel to your surgery with the full portable kit. You place the implants; we are in the room, set up and working live alongside your team.
The chairside scan
Once the implants are placed, we scan with the Shining 3D Elite: intraoral scanning plus photogrammetry, which captures the implant positions with exceptional accuracy via scan flags. Your patient has just had teeth extracted and implants placed. They get a scan instead of impression trays in a sore mouth.
Designed and printed on site
The fixed acrylic bridge is designed digitally and 3D-printed on site with the SprintRay portable printer while your patient rests.
Hand-finished at the chair
A printed bridge comes out tooth-shade throughout. The artistry is in what happens next: stain, glaze and gum tinting, making the gum pink, the teeth natural and the translucency right. This is where twenty-five years at the bench shows.
Fitted the same day
The finished bridge is fitted before your patient leaves. They arrived with failing teeth; they go home with fixed temporary teeth.
The fixed temporary
To be precise: the same-day bridge is a fixed temporary, worn for three to six months while the implants integrate. Once healed, we craft the final prosthesis on a milled bar superstructure, to the specification you and your patient choose.
Why photogrammetry
Accuracy at the implant interface.
Photogrammetry locates implant positions with far greater accuracy than impression-based workflows. That accuracy at the interface is what makes a same-day fixed bridge predictable rather than hopeful. It is also what makes the day fast.
Full arch turnaround
The digital workflow cut our full upper and lower arch turnaround from around eight hours to around three.
After integration
The final prosthesis.
Once the implants have integrated, we build the final structure on a milled bar: premium bars from Creotec in San Sebastián or iDent in Barcelona, or house-milled to budget. You choose the tier, and we advise honestly on the difference. The finished arch is zirconia porcelain or acrylic, to suit the case.

Capacity relief
Fully booked? Send your patient to us. With surgeon sign-off, we scan them at our Bury studio and the files return straight to your practice.
